Joe is a CanFitPro Personal Training Specialist who has been training clients in one-on-one and group settings. He applies his competitive sporting background, coaching skills and nutritional knowledge to his training sessions, offering his clients a comprehensive approach to a healthy lifestyle.
He grew up in the Comox Valley in a sport driven household and played four years of Division 1 soccer in Victoria before moving to Vancouver this past summer to attend UBC’s Kinesiology program.
